Loved my really good stay in the Arctic winter. The location seemed perfect very close to everything. Plus, it was near the centre as well as the mountain. Economy double room I stayed at was functional with an extra heater.

For Norway, one of the most expensive travel countries in the world, the price-performance ratio is very good. Straight through the offered half board. The food was really delicious and freshly prepared. We could also get a vegetarian alternative every day. The location at the harbour is a good starting point for excursions.

This place is tidy, and the staff goes out of their way to help guests with attentive service.

Stayed here for 4 nights and didn't feel like leaving. The food was tasty with a great selection of alternatives.- The exceptional service and the attention to detail!- I was able to park the car onsite.- The location of the hotel was unbeatable and exceptionally nice - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a mainly scientific aquarium.

Breakfast and dinner were okay. Central location.

The standard rooms are very small. The electronic lock has not recognized the code of the locking card several times. You had to go to the reception every time and get a new room card.

The guest room is tastefully decorated and decent size. It has amazing location for visiting a historical place museum.

- Staff was excellent at the desk. Had several issues and they helped me fast and gave me full support. They have been friendly and available all time. I appreciated it greatly. - Location was very good and the services (Spa, Jacuzzi) were great. - My room had a very nice view of the library, which I enjoyed. - The hotel is quite modern and I like the design

- Room cleaning service: I stayed 2 nights and the first one my room was not cleaned, just towels were changed. I am not sure if it was just an accident as I saw the service passing around and being efficient. - There were works going on in the entrance, which I don't recall being informed of when I called them. Totally understandable given it was off season. - There was no real wardrobe in my room, even if I was in a standard room.

Very good breakfast, very centrally located

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious with nice private bathrooms, and the breakfasts are delicious with a variety of jams.

The room was well-appointed and the facilities included free very fast WiFi, a storage, and a balcony. The location was unbeatable and incredible, right by a main street and a cathedral. It was right by Tromso downtown.
